The water pump went out on my car right as I got to work. I called Hippensteel because they were close and offered towing. Not only did they come get my car quickly, but they were quick to go over the car and get back to me with a quote. The next day, the car was fixed and ready to go! Megan was super nice and helpful, and I was blown away with how fast the whole process went. The price of repair was very reasonable and overall a great experience. I can't thank them enough for everything, and I will definitely go to them the next time I need any repairs!

Thank you for your wonderful service, as usual. Thank you for working us in to have the low beam headlight changed. Other drivers just don't like it when you put the high beams on when both low beam lights are out!! We try to avoid road rage :) Thank you for noticing the oil was due for a change and working that in, too. We TRY to keep on eye on the mileage but sometimes the miles add up faster than we are aware of. We appreciate your good service and we feel we have found a jewel. Ginny and Joe English
