Recently while returning from a family visit, I became a stranded motorist. Fortunate for me the tow truck driver was familiar with Hippensteel Auto and took my car there. Although I was unexpected, Mike and his team diagnosed, corrected the problem and got me safely back on the road. Thank you for saving the day!!

I’m more horrified by the owner’s blatant disregard for human life during and currently in the pandemic. His treatment of others is based on how much you agree with him. After this review he will ask all of his friends on Facebook to counter act this review. But let it be known the owner is a hot mess

Great service as usual. Customer service goes above and beyond. Even got a ride to and from so I could work from home, while my car was getting worked on. That's small town service; it can't be beat.
