Good local shop. My VW was misdiagnosed at the dealer, so I brought it to Hippensteel, and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it for half the price. Awesome repair shop!!!

Just moved here from out of state. First time using them and they were helpful with all my questions about state inspections, driving in the snow, and proper maintenance of my vehicle for cold weather. I would recommend them because of their good and honest work ethic as well as them being a small family business that helps to support the community of Newville. I have also used them as a Uhaul drop off location which was smooth and easy.

My 2016 Ram EcoDiesel is what you call a high maintenance vehicle. I was due for air and fuel filter changes. Since my vehicle was in the dealers service shop for recall items, they priced me out a cost for the filters. I contacted Hippensteel’s and they priced me almost half of what the dealer did! Great service, consistent updates through the timeline they are performing service...why go anywhere else! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my finicky truck!
