We recently moved from Texas and after taking care of all the required paperwork to become residents, the last item was inspection. We brought 3 vehicles on 2 separate days to Hippensteels and they were excellent in their customer service. Jobs were done when scheduled, and finished on time. We will use this company for all of our automotive needs in the future.

We recently had some major issues with our Saturn. Hippensteel Garage made all the necessary repairs, and our 2007 Saturn runs like new. The folks at Hippensteel Garage are truly a team of professionals who are knowledgeable about repairing vehicles, but as importantly, are courteous in all their interactions with the customer. They kept us fully informed as parts were ordered, and as repairs were made. When the job was done, they emailed us that our Saturn was ready for pickup - even sent us a pic of the car. They diagnose issues very specifically and are up front with estimates before repairs.
