Have taken all of three vehicles to Hippensteel since moving to PA. I can always count on their honest assessment whoever one of the cars had an issue. I was able to get an appointment the next day. You get a link to check the progress on your vehicle, it gives you alot of detail and videos on everything pertaining to your car. Color coded as well for good, some things that soon needed done as well as things that needed done now. They contact you and tell you everything and do the repair once you approve it!
