Everything is always done right

I was appreciative of the text message sent to me as a reminder that I had scheduled our car for a state inspection. My absent mindedness had forgotten to drop it off early in the morning. The car was still worked in and everything went well as planned. The staff was great as always.

My car broke down in Newville, and Megan responded quickly to help me within minutes of my call. Mr. Hippensteel went above and beyond to transport me to my job in Newville and tow my car to his shop. Megan was attentive during the day to help me schedule loaner vehicle while discussing the work needed to fix my car. They ordered parts and had my car ready in 2 business days. I was not inconvenienced by the time as the loaner vehicle greatly helped. This is a one stop shop with people who clearly care to help keep the community taken care of and safe. I will return in the future as needed.
