My last visit to Hippensteel's resulted in a misunderstanding that could have been a deal breaker, however, Tanner stepped up to the plate and smoothed things over. As the saying goes, "no harm, no foul." Today I had the opportunity to visit again.This time for state inspection. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Hippensteel's IS serious about maintaining excellent relationships with their customers.

Tanner was most helpful in getting us to where we needed to be. They helped, supported us with a loaner car, did the work that needed to be done, and listen to us on changes we thought though were not required but made the car more reliable, and at a cost we were happy to pay.

My car broke down while traveling near Newville and AAA recommended Hippensteel. I found them to be one of the most professional and courteous garages I have used. Although I had no prior appointment, they were able to repair the car fully so I could return home the same day.
