We needed to get an inspection and emmisions for our vehicle. As with previous experiences the staff was kind and courteous and did exactly what we needed and didnt do any extra work tha wasnt necessary. One additional item I liked was the extra effort to let me know of the manufacturer reccommended preventative maintenance items that would be due by the next inspection. Now I can keep that in the back of my mind knowing to budget for these items.

I'm a "do it yourselfer", but occasionally I encounter an automotive problem that I can't diagnose. I can count on the mechanics at Hippensteel's to figure it out and give me solid information about whatever problem my vehicle is having. When I take a vehicle in for state inspection I know that it will be looked at thoroughly and all problems and potential problems will be noted. I'm always given the option to repair it myself. I appreciate that.

This was a last-minute emergency appointment needed to get my son back home when his brakes failed during his Thanksgiving visit. They got him right in and did the needed repairs as quickly and cheaply as possible. He got back to work on time the following day - saved his job and my sanity! Thank you!
