I am completely satisfied with the service performed and will continue to rely on you for state inspection and help with any automotive problems I can't resolve.

We like the fact that we're always kept up to date on how things are going with our vehicle. They informed us that the vehicle wouldn't be done on the day it was dropped off and then they called to let us know when it was done. They have a convenient pay plan and I could pick the vehicle up after hours which was necessary for me.

installed a replacement Jasper Motor in my Jeep Liberty.. Only took 3 days I have 7000 miles on it without any problems.The staff is very professional.They also worked on my F-150.Very pleased with Hippensteels A++

I missed my appointment because I had to find a way home. It was no problem they rescheduled so I could have the weekend to get the vehicle there. It did work out for me. From now on I will be scheduling for a monday. thanks

I've taken vechicles to Hippensteels for service numerous times. They have always been extremely helpful, called to explain what was wrong, offer options and request permission before doing needed work. They have even gone out of their way to expedite repairs when I was in a pinch for time. I really do trust them with my vehicles.

Just had to take our 15 passenger van in for work. There were are number of issues, some hard to diagnose, but the crew at Hippensteel's did a great job of working through the possible issues starting with the least expensive repairs and working their way up. Won't hesitate to use them again.
